Terms of Trade

These terms govern orders placed with YucaiFJ for swimwear manufacturing and OEM/ODM services.

Quotes and MOQ

All quotes are based on your specifications. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically 50 pieces per style unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes remain valid for 15 days.

Samples

Sample development takes 48–72 hours for existing styles and longer for fully custom styles. Sample costs are refundable against bulk orders where agreed in writing.

Production

Bulk production typically takes 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Lead times are confirmed in writing before production begins.

Payment

Payment terms are typically 30% deposit to confirm the order and 70% balance before shipment. Other terms may be agreed in writing.

Quality and Inspection

We follow AQL 2.5 inspection standards. Pre-shipment inspection reports are available on request.

Shipping

We offer FOB Xiamen and DDP/DAP options. Shipping costs and Incoterms are confirmed before production.

Intellectual Property

We respect your designs and intellectual property. Proprietary patterns and prints are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
