Sustainable Swimwear Fabric & Eco-Certified Swimwear Manufacturing
Yucaifj is a 15+ year Chinese swimwear OEM with OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001, BSCI and Sedex certifications. We turn recycled nylon and recycled polyester – including ECONYL and recycled poly – plus Lycra Xtra Life and PFC-free water repellency into finished swimwear. From regenerated-fiber sampling (48-72h) to GRS-traceable bulk, we help brands build an honest sustainability story, raise eco credentials, and justify a greener price. MOQ from 50 pcs per color.

Recycled Fabric Options
Source ECONYL regenerated nylon and recycled polyester to replace virgin fibers. We document fiber content and can align a chain-of-custody trail so your line can honestly claim recycled materials without greenwashing.

Eco Certification Support
Our facility already holds OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001, BSCI and Sedex. Where a customer requires GRS, we help you apply for certification and prepare the documentation for your garment’s recycled claim.

Rapid Sustainable Sampling
Prototypes ship in 48-72 hours, so you can verify hand feel, stretch and print handling on recycled fabric before committing to a bulk order. Small MOQ keeps low-risk trials easy.
Sustainable Styles We Produce

Recycled Bikinis
Two-piece sets cut from recycled nylon or recycled polyester, in classic triangle, bandeau and high-waist silhouettes, finished with Lycra Xtra Life for lasting shape and chlorine resistance.

Recycled One-Pieces
Cut from regenerated fabric, one-pieces cover sleek sport and modest coverage styles, with supportive lining, bonded edges and secure stitching that extends garment life and adds a durable centerpiece to your sustainable line.

Active & Surfwear
High-stretch surf suits and training pieces built on recycled fiber, reinforced at pressure points and treated with PFC-free water repellency for performance that survives salt and sun.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Eco Fabric Library
We source Italian and eco-certified fabrics, keeping recycled nylon and recycled polyester stocked ready in-house. This shortens lead times and gives you immediate access to regenerated options without separate sourcing.
Certification & Traceability
OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001, BSCI and Sedex are in place. With GRS in progress, we can support you in applying for certification and building the documentation needed to trace recycled content.
Printing & Craft
Water-based and low-plastic printing keeps rich color without a heavy chemical load. Skilled operators across 8 production lines handle gradients, sublimation and small-batch detail at a scale of 50,000 pieces a month.
Durability & QC
Lycra Xtra Life and quality trim resist chlorine and fading. Every order is checked to AQL 2.5, helping garments last longer and reducing the per-wear environmental cost of your product.

What eco-friendly fabrics can you produce swimwear from?
We work with recycled nylon, including ECONYL, and recycled polyester, plus Italian and eco-certified fabrics. For finishing we offer Lycra Xtra Life for stretch recovery, PFC-free water repellency and low-plastic printing, so you can build a recycled fabric spec tailored to your sustainable line.
Do you hold GRS or OEKO-TEX certification?
We hold OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001, BSCI and Sedex certifications today. GRS is being rolled out, and for buyers who need it we can support your application and provide the chain-of-custody documentation to trace recycled fiber content through production and into your finished garment.
Does using sustainable fabric raise the cost?
Regenerated fiber can carry a modest premium over virgin material, but our direct factory setup and large buying keep it manageable. Depending on fabric, print and finishing, we quote transparently and help you set a price point that supports eco positioning.
Can I supply my own recycled fabric?
Yes. We can produce from fabric you provide, or source an approved recycled option on your behalf. Send your material or a swatch and we confirm print compatibility, shrinkage and stretch performance before sampling, so your chain of custody stays intact.
What is your lead time for sustainable swimwear?
Samples ship in 48-72 hours after fabric confirmation. Bulk production runs 35-45 days, checked to AQL 2.5. Minimums start at 50 pieces per color, so you can test a sustainable collection with a smaller first order, and we share sampling and bulk lead times up front for realistic planning.
