Quality Control FAQ

What does AQL 2.5 mean? ▾

AQL 2.5 is the industry-standard acceptable quality level for garments — major defects up to 2.5% per batch are acceptable. We inspect to this standard on every order.

Can you do third-party inspection? ▾

Yes. We welcome independent inspections from SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC team at our factory.

What fabric tests do you run? ▾

Colorfastness to washing and light, seam strength, pilling, shrinkage and harmful-substance testing per OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

Do you provide QC photo reports? ▾

Yes. Every pre-shipment inspection includes photo reports of samples and defects for your approval before shipping.

What is your defect return policy? ▾

Defects beyond AQL 2.5 are repaired or replaced at our cost. We stand behind every shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ starts from 50 pieces per colorway, with flexible options for first orders.

How long is production and sample lead time?

Samples typically 48-72 hours; bulk production 35-45 days after sample approval, depending on order size and fabric.

Do you offer custom colors, prints and sizes?

Yes. Custom colors, prints, trims and sizes are all supported with our in-house development team.
