How long does a sample take?

Standard pre-production samples take 48–72 hours to produce and 5–7 days for international courier delivery (DHL/FedEx). Express 24-hour sample service is available for urgent inquiries (surcharge applies). Sample costs are fully refundable when you place a bulk production order.

What shipping terms do you offer?

We offer FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP (door-to-door) shipping terms. For EU buyers, we strongly recommend DDP as it includes all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance — you pay one fixed price to your door. Sea freight from Xiamen/Ningbo to EU major ports: 25–30 days.

Do you provide OEKO-TEX® certification?

Yes. All our fabric suppliers are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. We provide full chain-of-custody documentation for each production batch, including the OEKO-TEX® certificate for the specific fabric used in your order. Additional certifications (REACH, BSCI audit reports, EN ISO 20345 test reports) are available on request.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Absolutely — we encourage factory visits from serious B2B buyers. We can arrange complimentary airport pickup from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (XMN). What payment terms do you accept?

Standard payment terms for first orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T bank transfer). For established clients with repeat orders, we offer Net-30 terms (subject to credit approval). We also accept payment via PayPal for sample orders. All bank transfer fees are split equally between buyer and seller.
