Fabric Warehouse
Climate-controlled fabric storage. Italian, Taiwanese, Korean, and Chinese technical fabrics. Full OEKO-TEX® chain-of-custody documentation.
Dyehouse & Finishing
In-house dyehouse with eco-friendly dyeing processes. Custom color matching, digital printing, sublimation, and finishing treatments. REACH-compliant dye chemicals.
Cutting Workshop
Computerized pattern grading and multi-layer cutting systems. 8 cutting tables with 40,000-layer cutting capacity per day. Zero-tolerance pattern accuracy.
Sewing Workshop
8 production lines with 150+ skilled operators. 4-thread overlock machines, flatlock stitchers, and specialized swimwear sewing equipment. Average operator experience: 5+ years.
Quality Control Lab
Fully equipped testing laboratory. Fabric tensile strength, color fastness, chlorine resistance, and dimensional stability testing. AQL 2.5 inspection protocols.
Packing & Logistics Center
Individual polybagging, hang tagging, barcoding, and cartonization. Dedicated export documentation desk. Container loading supervised by QC team.

3-Stage AQL 2.5 Inspection — Zero Compromise
Every production batch passes through our three-stage quality control system. Our defect rate target is ≤ 0.5% — verified by independent inspectors before shipment release.
Fabric Incoming QC
Every fabric roll tested for color consistency, tensile strength, weight (gsm), and OEKO-TEX® compliance before entering production.
In-Process Inspection
Random inspection every 500 pieces. Seam strength, stitch density, and dimensional accuracy checked by dedicated QC operators.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
AQL 2.5 sampling per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard. 100% of shipped pieces individually polybagged and barcode-labeled.
Loading Supervision
Container loading supervised by QC manager. Loading photos and video provided. Bill of lading matched against packing list.
